I am a member of an email forum for long distance swimmers. I’ve learned loads from reading the various emails on this forum. I don’t tend to comment much – I don’t feel qualified to add much as my swimming ‘career’ is pretty new. On this occasion, someone asked about trekking to Everest Base Camp.
